항라이는 닌투언(Ninh Thuận)성 해안 도시인 판 장(Phan Rang)에서 40km 정도 떨어져 있으며, 베트남에서 가장 아름다운 해안인 빈히(Vĩnh Hy) 만에 위치해 있어요.
